Meet the Team

Rod Tatham

Technical Director

Rod has been working in Internet technologies for fifteen years. His main role at Sereno is to ensure our clients get exactly the right technical solution to meet their needs. Rod's speciliases in business solutions, technical architecture, data-driven technologies and all aspects of server administration.

Rod has worked with large blue chip companies, Internet start-ups and the public sector.

John Newton

Creative Director

John began working on interface design and e-learning over twenty years ago. His role at Sereno is to help create viable business solutions and creative direction on all projects.

John's knowledge domain includes business consulting, e-learning, user experience and art direction. He has worked extensively in both the private sector with many blue chip companies, and also in higher education.

Pete Neale

Programmer

Pete is one of the most experienced programmers in the business. Pete has worked on most platforms and in a wide range of sectors including the games industry, financial services and the public sector.

His core programming skill set includes PHP, JAVA and Perl, along with a range of esoteric languages such as Rexx, IBM BAL (Assembler), Cobol, Fortran IV, various micro processor assemblers, and several pseduo languages (like Mantis).

Louise Allison

Office Manager

Louise looks after most aspects of the day-to-day business, including running the office, HR & finance. She also helps clients with copy production, data clean-up, QA and testing. Louise also organises our training courses. Before joining Sereno, Louise worked in the voluntary, education and public sectors.
