The Team

Sereno's core in-house team will stay with the project all the way; the people you talk to at the outset will work on your site until launch.

Design & Specification

We put the client relationship at the heart of the project. That means including you as part of the team during the design and specification. We are transparent about project risk, too.

Every project's different, but with our systems analysis and project management expertise, we will guide you through the requirements and analysis process. We'll typically offer a range of design approaches as the art direction phase leads to a professional design brief.

Communication Throughout Development

Communication is kept as open as possible during the development cycle with a mix of on-line project management tools and face-to-face meetings to foster a partnership approach. Your quality assured site will be made available for client acceptance testing prior to launch. Meetings, decisions and project resources are shared on the on-line project tool. This will help us manage bottlenecks and plan the allocation in a transparent way.

Hosting, Maintenance & Support

With the project development finished, you can choose to host with us by choosing a proper support and maintenance agreement to give you peace of mind. Or host elsewhere. We won't tie you in.

Either way, the project assets will be made available to you at project completion. Assets will typically include design files such as source images, multimedia assets including video and audio, programming files such as PHP and CSS, database structure and content in SQL format. We provide properly commented code, too.
