From the beginning they were keen to ensure deadlines were set so that they could meet them (but building in flexibility when needed) , that they met our very specific requirements and that they designed the website as we wanted it (taking on board their insights and tech knowledge). We had a tight and definite deadline for completion of the website and transfer of the existing copy and images from our old website, to the new one, went smoothly.  From then on it has been so easy for our website admins to upload/change data and use the different functions, with Sereno supporting if necessary.
