Site launch – Office of the Domestic Abuse Commissioner’s website

One of our most interesting recent projects has been the new website for the Domestic Abuse Commissioner domesticabusecommissioner.uk.

It’s a site that has to work for some very different people – from policy makers, professionals and journalists to survivors and bereaved family members.

So we spent a lot of time at the beginning of the project thinking about those different audiences, what they might come to the website looking for, and how we could make important information easier to find and understand.

That thinking fed into a new site structure and navigation, followed by design and WordPress development.

Accessibility was important throughout, as you’d expect for a site dealing with such important and sometimes sensitive information.

We’re very pleased with where we ended up – and really enjoyed working with the Commissioner’s team to get there.

You can visit the site at domesticabusecommissioner.uk.
