Solace Women's Aid Website

Website build

Solace Women’s Aid offers free advice and support to women and children in London to build safe and strong lives. Solace needed a complete rebuild of their previous site that had become outdated and hard to use.

We carried out a thorough review of organisational objectives. A clear structure and nativation to enable easy to access information for service users was vital for the new site. Campaiging and resources for allied professionals were also a major consideration, along with streamlined content management for site editors.

Sereno worked with the team at Solace to understand the different groups and audiences the site needed to reach. Detailed user profiles and journeys were developed and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) constructed to provide ongoing benchmarking.

The new site reflects the values, reach and vitally important work of the organisation. Site editors have found the move to Drupal has simplified and reduced the amount of administrative effort needed to maintain the site.
