We provide a range hosting and support packages which can be tailored to meet your organisation's needs. We also provide a support-only option for clients who wish to host on their own server. 


All our hosting options come by default with Serviced Hosting which includes:

  • A staging environment (this is a clone of production to enable you to review changes prior to live)

We provide popular and affordable web hosting on a shared environment for smaller charities. For larger organisations who wish to host on a dedicated server, we also provide bespoke industrial-strength hosting on your own web space.


Support covers the day-to-day availability of our ticketing system and telephone support. Minimum support starts at two hours per month which is plenty for most small to medium-sized charities. Larger organisations with bigger web teams and more complex sites may wish to buy more hours and these are made available in line with our clients' particular requirements.

We're available every working day to answer technical questions or resolve any issues.

We aim to resolve all critical issues within 24 hours (usually same day) and moderate issues within 72 hours.

Extended support can be arranged for clients who need help with content creation - for example copy production or graphic design.

Privacy & Safety

Sereno is registered with ICO. We handle data in compliance with Data Protection and GDPR. We help clients with data compliance and offer advice and services around the correct use of tracking software, including Google Analytics, and the private, ethical Matomo analytics platform.


Everything we use to host your site is open source i.e. no licence fees and no vendor lock-in. We run sites on servers we administer ourselves. We benchmark your site and adjust your hosting configration so your site is always fast and responsive.
